The short version. You can use the word "Pazau" to truthfully say that you use us, integrate with us, or are writing about us. Don't make it look like Pazau made, sponsored, or endorses your product, and don't change our logo. Partners and customers can use the logo in line with these guidelines. For anything else, ask brand@pazau.com.
Our marks
Pazau, Inc. owns the following trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Pazau Marks"), some of which are registered in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions:
| Mark | Type |
|---|---|
| PAZAU® | Word mark |
| The Pazau logo (gradient tile with wordmark) and the Pazau symbol | Design marks |
| SUPPORT THAT RESOLVES.™ | Tagline |
| PAZAU AGENT™, PAZAU INBOX™, PAZAU VOICE™, PAZAU INSIGHTS™ | Product names |
| PAZAU GUARD™ | Platform feature name |
This isn't a complete list. The absence of a name or logo here doesn't waive any rights Pazau has in it. Pazau is pronounced "pah-ZOW."
Who these guidelines are for
- Customers who want to say they use Pazau, for example on a careers page or in a conference talk.
- Technology and integration partners who connect their products to Pazau.
- Solution and reseller partners under a Pazau partner agreement.
- Developers building apps and integrations with the Pazau APIs.
- Press, analysts, and educators writing about Pazau.
If you have a written agreement with Pazau that covers use of our marks, that agreement controls where it differs from these guidelines.
Using the Pazau name
Do:
- Use "Pazau" to refer accurately to our company and products, such as "Built for Pazau," "Integrates with Pazau," or "We use Pazau Agent for claims intake."
- Write it with a capital P and lowercase letters: Pazau. Product names are two words: Pazau Agent, Pazau Inbox, Pazau Voice, Pazau Insights.
- Use it as an adjective with a generic noun where practical, such as "the Pazau platform."
- Use the ® or ™ symbol on the first prominent use in marketing materials.
Don't:
- Use Pazau Marks in your company name, product name, app name, domain name, or social media handle. "Pazau Connector for Acme" is not allowed. "Acme Connector for Pazau" is fine.
- Alter the name: no "PaZau," "Pazau.ai," "Pazauify," abbreviations, or plurals.
- Suggest that Pazau sponsors, endorses, or certifies your product unless we've agreed to it in writing.
- Use Pazau Marks in paid search ads, keyword bidding, or ad copy in a way that could confuse people about who is advertising.
- Create marks, logos, or names that are confusingly similar to Pazau Marks.
Using the Pazau logo
Download official logos from our press kit on the Newsroom page. They include full-color, black, and white versions of the logo and symbol, in SVG and PNG.
- Clear space: leave space around the logo at least equal to the height of the symbol's inner curve.
- Minimum size: 80 pixels wide on screen, or 20 millimeters in print, for the full logo. 24 pixels for the symbol alone.
- Color: use the full-color logo on light backgrounds, or the white logo on dark or busy backgrounds. Don't recolor the gradient.
- Integrity: don't stretch, rotate, crop, outline, animate, add effects to, or rearrange the logo, and don't combine it with other marks into a new logo.
- Prominence: your own brand should be more prominent than ours on your materials.
Partner and customer badges
Pazau partners in good standing may use the partner badge that matches their tier ("Pazau Technology Partner," "Pazau Solutions Partner"). Apps listed in the Pazau integrations directory may use the "Available on Pazau" badge. Badges may be used only while the partnership or listing is active.
Customers may display the Pazau logo in a list of tools they use. If you'd like Pazau to feature your logo or story, talk to your customer success manager. We never use a customer's name or logo publicly without written permission.
Integrations and developer apps
If you build on the Pazau APIs:
- name your app with your own brand, and describe the integration with "for Pazau" or "integrates with Pazau";
- don't use the Pazau symbol as your app icon or make your interface look like part of the Pazau product;
- include this notice in your listing or documentation: "Pazau is a trademark of Pazau, Inc. This app is not made by Pazau."
Media and editorial use
Journalists, analysts, and educators may use Pazau Marks in editorial content, commentary, and comparisons without asking, as long as the use is accurate and doesn't suggest endorsement. Product screenshots from our press kit may be used for editorial purposes. For interviews and images, contact press@pazau.com.
Trademark attribution
Where appropriate, include this statement: "Pazau, the Pazau logo, Pazau Agent, Pazau Inbox, Pazau Voice, Pazau Insights, and Pazau Guard are trademarks or registered trademarks of Pazau, Inc. in the United States and other countries."
