Agreement to these terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pazau.com, docs.pazau.com, status.pazau.com, and any other website operated by Pazau, Inc. that links to these Terms (the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.
Pazau, Inc. is a Delaware corporation at 350 Brannan Street, Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94107 ("Pazau," "we," "us").
These Terms don't cover the Pazau platform. Use of Pazau Inbox, Agent, Voice, Insights, and the Pazau APIs is governed by the Subscription Agreement or other written agreement between Pazau and your organization. If there's a conflict, that agreement controls.
Using the Sites
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites for your personal or internal business purposes, such as learning about Pazau, evaluating our products, and reading our documentation.
You may not:
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Sites by automated means, except for search engine indexing that follows our
robots.txt; - use content from the Sites to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models without our written permission;
- copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the Sites, except that you may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link;
- frame or mirror the Sites, or imply an affiliation with or endorsement by Pazau;
- interfere with the Sites' security or operation, probe for vulnerabilities outside our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, or overload our infrastructure;
- use the Sites to send spam or to collect information about other users;
- use the Sites in violation of any law, including export control and sanctions laws.
Accounts and gated content
Some resources, such as benchmark reports and webinars, ask for your name and work email. You agree to provide accurate information. How we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Pazau assistant
Our Sites include an AI assistant that answers questions about Pazau. It is an AI system, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Its answers about pricing, contract terms, security, or product capabilities are not binding offers or commitments. Binding terms are only those in a signed order form or agreement. Don't share sensitive personal information, such as health or financial account details, with the assistant. Chat transcripts are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our content and intellectual property
The Sites and their content, including text, graphics, product screenshots, code samples, videos, reports, and the Pazau name and logos, are owned by Pazau or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, we reserve all rights.
Code samples in our documentation are licensed under the MIT License unless marked otherwise, so you can use them to build integrations with Pazau.
Trademarks. "Pazau," the Pazau logo, "Support that resolves.," and the names of Pazau products are trademarks of Pazau, Inc. Follow our Brand and Trademark Guidelines when referring to them. Third-party names and logos on the Sites, including customer and integration logos, belong to their owners and appear with permission or for identification only.
Feedback and submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you. Don't send us confidential information through the Sites unless we have a confidentiality agreement with you, such as a Mutual NDA.
Third-party links and services
The Sites link to third-party websites and use third-party services, such as scheduling and video hosting. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Information only, no advice
Content on the Sites, including blog posts, benchmark reports, ROI calculators, and legal and compliance explainers, is general information. It isn't legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. Statistics such as resolution rates are averages or examples from specific deployments. Your results will depend on your configuration, data, and use case. Product descriptions may describe features that are in beta or available only on certain plans. The Subscription Agreement and your order form define what you actually buy.
Disclaimers
THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAZAU AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITES IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
If you use the Sites in violation of these Terms or the law, you agree to indemnify Pazau against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from that violation.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Pazau consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted and don't apply retroactively. We may suspend or end your access to the Sites if you violate these Terms.
General
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Pazau about the Sites.
